Public contact pages
Contact and Franchise now provide preparation guidance and phone links instead of interactive planners. These pages do not contain an enquiry form and do not make a booking or application.

The separate owner questionnaire
The invitation-only owner questionnaire is a different feature. It saves submitted answers for the project; it is not a no-send demo. Its access controls and saved responses are separate from the public contact pages.
WordPress administration is also separate. Signing in can use login and session cookies; public demonstration behaviour does not describe an administrator’s session.
Hosting, scripts and cookies
Loading a page makes requests to hosting and security systems. Those systems may record technical details such as IP address, request time, page URL and browser information in operational logs.
The current site also loads a hosting-provided Hostinger Reach script from https://cdn-reach.hostinger.com/js/embed.js. That third-party request is separate from using a phone link.
The hosting resource may set a Cloudflare anti-bot cookie named __cf_bm on .hostinger.com, including as an HTTP-only cookie. This preview is not described as cookie-free or universally free of tracking.
Your browser may keep its own history and cache. The preview asks search engines not to index it (noindex); that is not password protection or a promise that the page is private.
Calls and external links
Calling involves your phone provider. Following Google directions or other external links takes you to another platform with its own privacy practices. An advertised email address is not a delivery-tested enquiry route; use the studio phone first.
This notice does not set retention terms or make promises for those separate providers.
Before real enquiry features launch
The notice and form disclosures need to match the features actually enabled: what information is collected, why, who receives it, how long it is kept and how to raise a privacy request. Hosting scripts and cookies also need review as part of launch preparation.
This is a plain-language staging description, not a legal-compliance certification. No claim of compliance with a particular privacy law is made here.
